PROS(E) OF PIE: “TURN AROUND”

Saturday, January 25, 2020
8:00 PM  10:00 PM

Pros(e) of Pie, the Hudson Valley’s longest running and most popular storytelling series, brings you storytellers you’ve heard on nationally renowned radio, podcasts and live shows, as well as cultivating local voices. On January 25, we return to Hudson Valley MOCA for a “TURN AROUND” themed show featuring both returning faves and storytellers making their PoP debuts.

Come early to discover the world-renowned collection before the show begins. The museum’s doors will be open to PoP tickeholders from 6:30 pm!

*No pie bake-off this month.

You can sit back and enjoy the show or join the fun: sign up for a 5-mins open mic slot or submit an anonymous answer to a written prompt. We’ll read your words for you. Either way, we’ll all be there to support and share.

Your evening’s storytellers:
Edith Gonzalez – The Story Collider, Risk!, Take Two Storytelling
Jamie Brickhouse – 4x Moth StorySlam champ, PBS’s Stories from the Stage,
Kambri Crews – NYTimes bestselling memoir, The Moth, Mortified
Lorena Russi – “The Late Show w/ Stephen Colbert” Digital team, professional soccer player
Stacey Curry – Moth GrandSlam winner, PBS’s Stories From the Stage

We all have a story within us. Come share, listen, and enjoy!
