Visions 2023:
Colors of the Imagination

The 2023 Visions exhibit: Colors of the Imagination will open on September 6th, 2023 and be on view in the ArtsWestchester gallery through September 10th, 2023. Visions is an annual exhibit showcasing the talent and creativity of recipients of mental health care throughout the county. 100% of the proceeds from sales of artwork go directly to the artist.

For the first time, Visions will take place the same weekend as JazzFest. In addition to the hours listed below, there will be additional opportunities to view the artwork during the performances in the evening.

2023 Gallery Schedule:

Thursday, September 7th: 10AM-5PM

Friday, September 8th: 9AM-2PM

Saturday, September 9th: 9AM-2PM

Sunday, September 10th: 9AM-1PM

About the Show:

For more than 40 years, ArtsWestchester has partnered with the Westchester County Department of Community Mental Health to provide local mental health sites with art programs. These programs comprise of multi-session art-making workshops led by performing, literary, and visual artists on the ArtsWestchester Teaching Artist Roster. Visions came about through this partnership as a way to showcase artwork created during these programs and has expanded to include works by other recipients of mental healthcare across the county.


The 2023 Visions show, Colors of the Imagination, will be available online for the remainder of 2023.
